Deprecated - Custom Component with the User stylesheet (userstyle.css)

Prior to the version release 15, the way to custom component was through the Dokuwiki UserStyle stylesshet.

With the advent of the custom theme component, this feature is no more the preferred way because it adds css rules for every page even if the component is not used.

Combostrap still adds this stylesheet if it was not disabled
