A ''tabs'' component is composed of:
  * a serie of [[docs:layout:component:panel|panel]]
  * that must have a ''label'' element.
  * and optionally the ''selected'' attribute to specify the ''selected'' [[docs:layout:component:panel|panel]]
  * with a ''type'' attribute that may take the value:
      * [[#tabs]] (default)
      * [[#pills]]
      * [[#enclosed-tabs]]
      * [[#enclosed-pills]]
